Conditions for Implementation

Developing good projects is only the first step toward their implementation. Experience has repeatedly shown that even the best ideas may remain unrealized when there are no people who understand their purpose, share common principles, and are willing to work together over many years.

The NetGalaxy® project was not created for the sole purpose of developing individual technologies, products, or services. Its ultimate goal is to build a just, sustainable, and peaceful society founded on knowledge, logic, morality, and voluntary cooperation among people. Achieving such a goal is impossible through randomly assembled teams or by hiring contractors solely to implement individual projects. It requires a community of people who understand the long-term objective, embrace the common principles, and are willing to contribute to its gradual realization.

For this reason, the NetGalaxy® Community project occupies a special place within the NetGalaxy® Projects package. Its purpose is to create an international community that brings together the people involved in implementing all other projects and forms the human foundation of the entire system.

NetGalaxy® is a project intended for all humanity. For this reason, its development and implementation cannot be limited to a single country, nation, or culture. Achieving its objectives requires the participation of specialists, professionals, and volunteers from different countries who combine their knowledge, practical experience, and cultural traditions in pursuit of a common cause.

The international community will be built upon national diasporas united within a single organizational structure. Each diaspora will accept as its members people who embrace the community's principles, follow its rules, and wish to take an active part in the implementation of the project. The community will promote continuous learning, the exchange of knowledge and practical experience, collaborative work on projects, and mutual support among its members.

Communication between the national diasporas, coordination of their activities, and community governance will be supported by the NetGalaxy® Network technology platform. It will provide information exchange, collaborative project work, training, activity coordination, and the maintenance of shared information resources. In addition, the system will support compliance with community rules, help prevent destructive behavior, and, when necessary, restrict access to management functions for participants who fail to fulfill their commitments or repeatedly violate community standards.

Bringing people together is not a by-product of the NetGalaxy® project. It is one of its primary objectives. For this reason, NetGalaxy® Community is not only the environment in which the other projects are implemented, but also a fundamental factor in the sustainable development of the entire system.
