Project Launch
This task has been entrusted to the Belgian non-profit organization Club NetGalaxy FV. Until the establishment of the NetGalaxy Foundation, the club assumes the initial organizational and administrative responsibilities required to move the project from concept to practical implementation.
Its primary mission is to create the necessary conditions for launching the NetGalaxy® project by:
- presenting the project to interested individuals and organizations;
- selecting the first participants;
- forming the temporary management team required for the registration of the foundation;
- preparing the necessary documentation and assisting with its establishment.
After the foundation has been established, the club will begin active preparations for its transformation into the first community club of the NetGalaxy® project.
To achieve these objectives, the club undertakes the following responsibilities:
- publishing the NetGalaxy® project and maintaining the content of the website project.netgalaxy.info;
- organizing meetings, presentations, and other initiatives related to the NetGalaxy project;
- selecting the first participants and project implementers;
- assisting in the preparation of the future team of the NetGalaxy Foundation;
- providing administrative support for the preparation and establishment of the NetGalaxy Foundation, designated by the project's author as the principal coordinator of its implementation.
The First Participants
People who join the club during the preparatory stage participate not only in temporary organizational activities. They lay the foundations of the future first community club and gain the opportunity to continue their participation as members of the community and implementers of the projects it will develop.
Until the NetGalaxy Foundation is officially established, Club NetGalaxy FV does not represent NetGalaxy Community and does not perform the functions of the future foundation. Its administrative role with regard to the project's official website is temporary and will end once the foundation has been established and assumes responsibility for the coordination, development, and official representation of the project.
The NetGalaxy® project is independent of the organizations that temporarily or permanently participate in its implementation. They contribute to its development but do not determine its objectives, principles, or long-term vision.
