Structure and Terminology
The first thing to understand is that NetGalaxy® is not a single project. It is a package of more than one hundred interconnected projects, developed as parts of one common strategic system. Each of them addresses a specific objective, but they are all designed to work together and form a unified architecture. For this reason, the documentation uses several clearly distinguished terms.
The NetGalaxy® project (NetGalaxy® project)
When we use the expression the NetGalaxy® project, we are not referring to a specific project. This designation represents the overall concept, the ultimate goal, or the collective outcome of all NetGalaxy® projects, without emphasizing any individual one.
In the English documentation, the word project is intentionally written with a lowercase p (NetGalaxy® project). This is not a grammatical mistake, but a deliberately established terminological rule. The use of the lowercase letter indicates that the term refers not to an individual project, but to a unified concept with a clearly defined ultimate goal.
NetGalaxy® Projects
NetGalaxy® Projects is the name of the entire package of NetGalaxy® projects. In English documentation, this designation is written with a capital P and a trailing s (NetGalaxy® Projects). Whenever this name is used, it refers to the entire project structure rather than to an individual project.
The easiest way to understand this structure is to compare it to the root directory of a computer. The root directory is NetGalaxy® Projects, and within it are separate folders containing thematic groups of projects. Each group brings together projects that share a common purpose, function, or field of application.
In this way, all projects can be developed independently of one another while simultaneously remaining part of the unified concept of the NetGalaxy® project.

Project Groups
The projects within NetGalaxy® Projects are organized into thematic groups. In the "Project Types" section of this website, each group is presented on a separate page containing a general description of its objectives, purpose, and main areas of development. As NetGalaxy® Projects continue to evolve, new thematic project groups may also be created.
To support the practical implementation of the project, the website will maintain three dedicated sections with up-to-date information about:
- Standard Projects – completed conceptual and technical projects developed without a specific implementation location.
- Projects Under Implementation – projects that are already being implemented at a specific location and may require the participation of specialists, volunteers, investors, partners, or other contributors.
- Completed Projects – successfully implemented projects that can serve as proven models for future deployment.
The information in these sections will be updated continuously and will serve as the official source of information on the development of the NetGalaxy® project. Through them, everyone will be able to monitor project progress and discover opportunities to participate in their implementation.
Development and Implementation Forms
The development and implementation of every NetGalaxy® project pass through specific forms. Each form serves a distinct purpose, contains a different level of information, and supports a particular stage in the development and implementation of the project.
Conceptual Projects
Conceptual projects define what is to be created, how it should function, and the principles on which it should be implemented. They include descriptions of the concept, the main technical and organizational solutions, diagrams, sketches, and methodologies required for further project development.
Conceptual projects do not include the complete engineering documentation, structural calculations, working drawings, cost estimates, or other materials required for the direct implementation of the project.
Standard Projects
Standard projects are fully developed engineering solutions intended for repeated implementation. They are prepared by qualified specialists and contain all documentation required for implementation, including working drawings, technical specifications, engineering calculations, and an estimated implementation cost.
Standard projects are not tied to a specific region, location, or organization. Before implementation, they are adapted to the conditions of the intended site without altering the project's fundamental concept.
Implemented Projects
Implemented projects are standard projects that have been completed at a specific location. They include all adaptations made to meet local conditions, together with the practical experience gained during implementation.
After completion, the accumulated practical experience is analyzed and, whenever applicable, is used to improve the corresponding standard project. In this way, every successfully implemented project contributes to the continuous development of NetGalaxy® and enhances the quality of future implementations.
Project Presentation
A separate section will gradually be created on this website for each project group, providing general information about every project. Since the total number of projects is large, the information will be published in stages.
The information published here is intended for the general public and serves as an overview.
Detailed working documentation, methodologies, technical specifications, and the materials required for the practical implementation of individual projects are provided exclusively to community clubs that have expressed their readiness to establish a working group and participate in their implementation.
