Projects «NetGalaxy® Community»

NetGalaxy® Community is a group of projects dedicated to the creation, development and governance of an international community of people who share and uphold the principles of peaceful coexistence among nations established by the NetGalaxy® Project. It brings together people who contribute to the creation and development of the NetGalaxy® Project through their work, knowledge, experience, moral and ethical values, intellectual potential, financial resources, property or other recognised forms of contribution.

The main priority of this group is to build a community of people with high moral, ethical and intellectual standards who voluntarily accept the principles of the project and work for their promotion. The projects in this group define the principles of membership, the conditions for recognising community contributions, the mechanisms for participation in the governance and development of the community, as well as the rules governing the management, development and use of the community's shared assets.

Members of NetGalaxy® Community participate in the distribution of the net community profit according to their recognised community contribution and the membership rules. Community profit means all income generated from the community's participation in the enterprises established within the project, as well as from the other shared assets owned by the community. Net community profit means the remainder of the community profit after the community budget for the respective reporting period has been established. The amount of this budget is determined within the framework laid down in the project and is approved by a vote of the members of the community.

Participation in projects within the NetGalaxy® Projects system does not create any right to participate in the distribution of the net community profit. That right belongs exclusively to the members of NetGalaxy® Community in accordance with their recognised community contribution and the membership rules.
