Core Projects «NetGalaxy® Core»

NetGalaxy® Core is the group of projects that builds the organizational, legal, technological, informational, and coordination foundation of the NetGalaxy® Project. It establishes the common infrastructure, rules, and mechanisms required for the development, implementation, financing, and long-term growth of all other projects within the NetGalaxy® system.

Unlike the other groups, which are focused on addressing specific social, economic, or technological challenges, the projects within NetGalaxy® Core form the system-defining core of the NetGalaxy® Project. They do not exist as an objective in themselves, but as the foundation upon which the entire NetGalaxy® system is built and developed.

This group develops the organizational models, legal framework, management methodologies, digital infrastructure, communication systems, financing mechanisms, intellectual property protection, interoperability standards between individual projects, and all other instruments that ensure their efficient cooperation.

NetGalaxy® Core also includes the projects related to the establishment and development of the NetGalaxy Foundation, the shared digital infrastructure, registries, information systems, communication network, administrative services, and all other common resources that support every participant in the project.

The primary objective of this group is to provide a stable and sustainable environment in which new ideas can easily evolve into real projects, while existing solutions operate together as parts of one integrated system. In this way, NetGalaxy® Core serves as the system kernel of the NetGalaxy® Project, ensuring its unity, interoperability, and sustainable development.
