Joining a Community Club
The Community Club is a formal organization established to represent, support, and participate in the implementation of NetGalaxy® projects.
Each community club operates under a license granted by the NetGalaxy Foundation, which authorizes it to publicly present these projects to the community, organize presentations, events, and other related activities, establish working groups for project implementation, support the involvement of new participants in their execution, and use the NetGalaxy® registered trademark for these purposes.
The license grants the club specific rights, while simultaneously requiring it to adhere to the principles, rules, and organizational standards of the NetGalaxy® project. This ensures that projects are presented and developed by responsible organizations operating under unified rules.
The Role of the Community Club
Community clubs serve as the primary public gateway to NetGalaxy® projects. Through them, interested parties can:
-
Familiarize themselves with the ideas, goals, and implementation methods of the projects;
-
Participate in presentations, meetings, and discussions;
-
Ask questions and obtain additional information;
-
Engage in social, cultural, and organizational activities;
-
Apply to participate in the implementation of a specific project.
Clubs maintain direct contact with individuals interested in the projects and assist them in choosing the most suitable path of participation based on their knowledge, professional experience, interests, and capabilities.
Supporters
Anyone who shares the goals and principles of the project may participate in the activities of the community club as a supporter.
Supporters have minimal obligations and may, of their own free will, participate in presentations, club discussions, forums, event planning, volunteer activities in the club office, cultural initiatives, organized trips, recreation, and other club events.
This status allows candidates, before choosing a project suitable for them, to familiarize themselves with the various types of projects, the people in the club, and the different forms of participation without assuming significant organizational commitments.
Community Club Members
Supporters who wish to participate actively in the development of the club may acquire the status of a Community Club Member.
Through general voting, members make decisions regarding:
- The selection of projects for implementation by their club;
- The creation of working groups for project implementation;
- The organization and execution of club events;
- The preparation of club programs;
- The allocation and use of the club budget;
- The election of leadership and various other matters within their authority.
The activities of each club are carried out within the scope of its license and in compliance with the core rules and limitations established by the NetGalaxy® project for community clubs.
Project Implementation Procedure
Community clubs are established for the purpose of implementing the NetGalaxy® project. To this end, through the NetGalaxy Foundation, the club is provided with the necessary technical resources, virtual offices, and funding. Consequently, community clubs may not implement other projects unrelated to the NetGalaxy project without the explicit permission of the foundation.
Every project ready for implementation is provided by the foundation for consideration by all community clubs. The leadership of the respective club downloads these projects online for presentation to the public. To achieve this, members organize presentations and events, select a suitable project for implementation by their club, and decide on the creation of a working group.
Following this decision, the club leadership:
-
organizes the selection of candidates for project execution;
-
establishes the working group;
-
provides the necessary organizational and technical assistance.
Joining a community club is the first natural step for anyone wishing not only to learn about NetGalaxy® Project, but also to actively participate in the implementation of its projects.
