Joining NetGalaxy Community

NetGalaxy® Community is a specialized direction and sub-project within the global NetGalaxy® Project. Its goal is to build a highly developed, humane, and technologically prepared community capable of creating and implementing large-scale projects in the most vital areas of social life.

This community is planned to develop its own economy, an independent financial system, a fair compensation structure, and a sustainable model for social, economic, and material-technical mutual aid based on the principles of social justice. All of this is aimed at one fundamental goal — successfully and smoothly overcoming the difficulties of the upcoming transition into the new era of high technology and global digitalization, turning our planet into a cozy home for all people.

The community unites individuals who accept and share the core vision of the project:

One planet. One home. One united nation.

This goal is not an empty promise to automatically solve world problems. It is a real opportunity for people to combine their knowledge, labor, professional experience, technology, and moral responsibility in order to create practical solutions and gradually improve life in society until the ultimate goal is achieved.

Community Membership

Membership in the NetGalaxy® Community is not a mandatory condition for participating in projects outside this specific direction. Any supporter or member of a community club can join working groups and become an implementer, provided they meet the requirements of the specific technical project.

However, there are activities, projects, positions, and roles that are strictly reserved only for members of the community. These are directly related to:

• The management of community organizations, assets, and resources;
• Active participation in the community economy and the distribution of generated profits;
• Assuming strategic leadership, oversight, and representative roles;
• Utilizing social and material benefits created through collective community activities.

Joining the community is a conscious and voluntary choice of an individual who not only wishes to participate in a single project but also embraces the long-term goals, principles, rights, and responsibilities of the NetGalaxy® Community.

Preparation and Admission

The procedure for admitting new members is clear and transparent. All community clubs organize specialized preparatory courses. In these courses, candidates are introduced in detail to:

• The goals, structure, and principles of the community;
• The rights and obligations of its members;
• The system for acquiring and elevating membership status;
• The rules for participating in the community economy and the mechanisms for profit distribution;
• The requirements for holding protected positions and roles;
• The conditions for entering the specialized schools of the NetGalaxy® Academy;
• Personal and collective responsibility in managing community property and resources.

Successful completion of the course does not lead to automatic membership. The candidate must obtain a recommendation from the members of the respective community club and an initial character reference from its leadership. In this way, admission is based on a real acquaintance with the individual — their behavior, attitude toward the collective, and readiness to assume responsibility.

The admission of new members is carried out through an official ceremony. Each admitted member receives a personal membership card with an electronic chip, which serves for secure identification within the global systems of the NetGalaxy® Network.

Member Rights and Privileges

Each member of the community possesses a unique membership number and a personal digital profile, through which they manage their access to resources, vote on community decisions, and participate in the distribution of profits from the community economy.

Community profits are distributed not only in the form of financial resources but also through the provision of property, services, education, housing, and social benefits. The goal is not merely the consumption of existing goods, but a continuous increase in the community's capacity to create new, greater value to be fairly distributed among those who helped generate it.

Depending on their membership status, qualifications, and proven contribution, members can acquire the following rights and privileges:

• Participation in the management of community enterprises, financial, and economic structures;
• Holding leadership, oversight, and coordination roles;
• Working on projects with a special security and access regime;
• Representing the community before public, international, and institutional bodies;
• Receiving targeted material and non-material benefits.

These rights do not arise automatically from the fact of membership. They are unlocked gradually, in accordance with preparation, established trust, and the level of responsibility assumed.

Electronic Certificates and Licenses

The use of membership rights and management tools is conducted entirely through the user's personal profile within the NetGalaxy® Network.

An innovative architecture is embedded in the system: when appointed to a new role (for example, enterprise director), a new corporate account is not created for the individual. Upon election, the management tools for the respective enterprise appear directly within their own personal profile. To activate these software tools, the system requires the following electronic documents:

1. Electronic Qualification Certificate – issued by NetGalaxy® Academy after successful completion of the required training. It proves that the holder possesses the necessary knowledge and allows the algorithm to display the management tools;
2. Electronic License – automatically generated by the system the moment the candidate is approved for the respective management position through an electronic vote of confidence by the members;
3. Electronic Loyalty Certificate – mandatory for positions involving the management of significant community resources. It is issued by a specialized community organization based on long-term monitoring of the candidate's behavior, responsibility, and integrity.

The information systems of the NetGalaxy® Network have hardware and software safeguards that block access to management tools if even one of the required certificates or licenses is missing. Thus, no individual — even if elected to a post — can access resources before proving their competence and loyalty.

Responsibility and Trust

Modern technologies allow small, high-tech teams to manage processes of immense value, which multiplies the responsibility of each individual participant. Therefore, within the NetGalaxy® Community, uncompromising requirements are placed on ethics, moral resilience, and mutual trust.

These filters do not aim to create a closed caste or an elitist group. Their purpose is to protect the labor, assets, and future of all people who invest their efforts into building the community.

Joining the NetGalaxy® Community is a voluntary, long-term commitment to develop one's own potential and integrate it into the creation of a more humane, secure, and highly developed community.
