3. Filling a Vacant Position

In addition to participating in a working group to launch a new project, candidates wishing to join the NetGalaxy® project have the opportunity to fill vacant positions. This can be:

• A vacated position or role – replacing a previous specialist who has left or been dismissed;

• A new additional position – created during the expansion of an already operating legal entity.

This option allows direct integration into a real working environment without participating in a working group. To support this, the NetGalaxy Foundation maintains up-to-date information on all vacant positions and roles for the community clubs. Club members and supporters can access this information through their personal profile on the club website.

After choosing a suitable position from the vacancy list, the candidate can apply for it through their club. The selected position is reserved for the candidate until a final decision is reached.

Requirement for a Character Reference and Loyalty Certificate

These requirements apply to high-tech companies and organizations and are not a mandatory condition for all vacant positions. Many projects involve the creation of complex, high-tech systems where modern technology enables relatively small teams to manage processes and assets of immense material and informational value.

For this reason, the character, personal ethics, and professional discipline of employees are of critical importance. In such high-tech environments, a single negligent worker or conflict-prone individual (troublemaker) can sabotage the entire team's work and cause massive material and reputational damage.

To ensure the security of the community and the projects, some or all of the following key documents are required for many positions and roles within these systems:

• Candidate Evaluation (Character Reference) – issued by the leadership of the respective community club, describing the personal qualities, behavior, and standing of the candidate among club members;
• Recommendation – issued by the members of the respective club, confirming the candidate's personal qualities, behavior, and standing;
• Loyalty Certificate – issued by an independent, specialized organization which is a major participant and analyst of the NetGalaxy® project's development. This document is issued based on compiled data verifying compatibility with the project's values;

• Professional Qualification Certificate – required for specific positions and roles, and issued by NetGalaxy® Academy.

Such documents are required only for specific positions carrying a high level of responsibility and access to critical resources. The NetGalaxy® system is designed to be accessible and open:

• New candidates should not be discouraged by the high standards, as there is a wide range of positions that can be filled immediately without prior cumbersome procedures.

• For those who have already fulfilled the primary condition of being a member of a community club and have proven themselves within the collective, transitioning to responsible positions is straightforward because they already possess the necessary trust.
